I’ve had the pleasure of making multiple purchases from several small businesses in Superior within the past week. I love small businesses that survive and thrive through the mantra of caring about their customers and how they’re treated.
Here are a couple of things that reminded me of what I appreciate when dealing with a local business:
- I placed a phone call to them first, and a real person answered the call.
- They were very pleasant on the phone and were able to answer the several questions that I had, efficiently and without hesitation.
- When I arrived, my contact was able to help me with my selection, give their advice, show me multiple options to meet my needs and help me make my final purchase decision.
- They were polite, personal and gave me ample time to make my decision
- They respected my time when it came to paying for my purchase, and – didn’t make me wait to pay! (My pet peeve, especially at a restaurant)
So, here’s kudos to my friends at Superior Flooring, Shamrock Pizza and Detail & Dash! Your customer service and attention to detail will keep me coming back for more.
Great customer service will differentiate you from your competition, keep your customers loyal and it is a great first step in growing your business.
